Shipping costs

Standard tracked shipping costs $3.00 on eligible orders below $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard tracked shipping.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated after applicable discounts. Final shipping costs and available destinations are confirmed at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 6–9 calendar days after shipment. Order processing occurs before dispatch and requires additional time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary depending on the destination, carrier, and circumstances beyond our control.

Gleam Refund Policy

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Exceptions apply to items that arrive broken, defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. To request help:

• Contact TheGleamIO@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number.
• Provide clear photos of the item and its packaging.
• Keep the item unused and retain its original packaging.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for your return, replacement, or exchange. Please do not send anything back before receiving approval.

Orders in transit

We do not cancel or refund orders while they are in transit. Approved returns must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.

Non-returnable items

Personalized or custom items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind. Please contact us if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us before returning your item so we can arrange the next steps.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your approved return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
